I am wondering how do people usually communicate? Do you use email or instant messenger like MSN or QQ? What is the best way to send a message to everyone on the team?

One thing that would be useful is if people can add their background and skills to their profile page. That way we know who knows how to draw, who knows 3D modeling, who knows some programming, and so on.
